I'm Amina Welt — dancer, artist, author, and founder of AfochWöd.
I know what it's like to reach a point where you realize: something has to change.
After years of living by expectations, pushing through exhaustion, and repeating old patterns, I chose a different path — one of healing, self-discovery, and authenticity.
